The five seats
Pastor or Elder
Spiritual accountability. Holds the founder to the manifesto.
Lawyer or CPA
Legal and financial accountability. Reads every disbursement against the charter.
Reentry Org Leader
Mission accountability. Knows what real restoration costs.
Founder / Donor
Operational accountability. Has built and given, knows the failure modes.
The Founder (Andre)
Carries the vision. Cannot move money alone — by design.
What the role requires
- •A self-custodied wallet.We'll help you install Rabby or MetaMask. ~15 minutes.
- •About 1 hour per month.Review disbursement proposals. Sign or refuse.
- •Willingness to say no.Including to the founder. Especially to the founder.
- •Public attestation.Your name, role, and on-chain address published at deployment.
- •A 3-year term.Renewable. Resignable at any time with 30 days notice.
