No one left behind.
We are not defined by our past. We are defined by our relationship in Christ. "If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come" (2 Corinthians 5:17).
We are convicted felons re-entering society, justice-involved individuals, and anyone with a fierce desire for change — the low and despised the world counted out, the very ones God delights to call. "God chose what is low and despised in the world… so that no human being might boast in the presence of God" (1 Corinthians 1:27–29). Together we turn that calling into honest dollars.
We start with one honest question: what has God put on your heart? "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men" (Colossians 3:23). That calling becomes the seed of a business.
We hunt the pain points inside what we love — the friction people will gladly pay to make disappear — and we come together to solve them, because "love your neighbor as yourself" (Mark 12:31) is the method, not a slogan.
We build micro-SaaS: small, focused software businesses we build once, steward faithfully, and maintain only when necessary — income that works while we raise our kids, stay clean, and breathe. "Well done, good and faithful servant" (Matthew 25:21) is the standard.
Every founder's business serves the next founder's business. The property manager needs the linen supplier. The linen supplier needs the booking tool. "We, though many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another" (Romans 12:5). We are not competitors — we are one body.
No one is left behind. "Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ" (Galatians 6:2). If one of us struggles, we all pause and pour in — prayer, capital, labor, counsel — until that founder stands. We do not graduate alone. We do not move forward alone. We are our brother's keeper, and we answer to Christ for how we carry each other.
We do not move forward until everyone moves forward.
Seven tenets. One covenant.
This is what every founder, partner, and investor agrees to before a single dollar moves. It is the shape of the thing.
- I.
We are not defined by our past. We are defined by our relationship in Christ.
"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come" (2 Corinthians 5:17). Felons re-entering society, justice-involved individuals, and anyone with a fierce desire for change come together as one team under one Lord. Every scar, every closed door, every 3 a.m. hustle is raw material redeemed — same fire, new product, new name.
- II.
God chooses the low and despised — so no flesh can boast.
"God chose what is foolish in the world to shame the wise; God chose what is weak in the world to shame the strong; God chose what is low and despised in the world… so that no human being might boast in the presence of God" (1 Corinthians 1:27–29). Most who never had to hustle or starve do not know what we know. Sales, customer service, networking, logistics, supply chain, risk management — every skill the street demanded is every skill a business demands. We were selling the wrong product. Taught to earn lawfully and led by Christ, those the world called menaces become faithful entrepreneurs — not to our glory, but to His. We are the proof of His pattern.
- III.
Passion is the starting line — calling is the road.
"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men" (Colossians 3:23). We begin with one honest question: what has God put on your heart? Whatever you are truly passionate about becomes the territory we hunt in — because the work has to outlast the hype, and only calling does that.
- IV.
Pain points are the product. Love thy neighbor is the method.
"Love your neighbor as yourself" (Mark 12:31). Inside every passion are people in real pain — the military family with PCS orders and an underwater mortgage, the parent who can't find childcare, the tradesman drowning in invoices. We find that pain, name it honestly, and build the tool that ends it. Profit follows service; service follows love.
- V.
Build once. Steward forever.
"Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much" (Matthew 25:21). We build micro-SaaS — small, focused software products that earn while you sleep, recover, parent, and heal. Trading hours for dollars is the trap we are leaving behind. What we build, we steward; what we steward, the Lord multiplies.
- VI.
Each founder serves the next founder. One body, many members.
"For as in one body we have many members, and the members do not all have the same function, so we, though many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another" (Romans 12:4–5). When one founder builds a PCS home-management service, another supplies the linens, another handles bookings, another runs the property accounting. We are not competitors — we are one body, each business a customer, partner, or supplier to another.
- VII.
No one left behind. Ever. We are our brother's keeper.
"Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ" (Galatians 6:2). If one business in the class is struggling, every other founder pauses growth and pours in — prayer, capital, labor, counsel — until that founder stands. "As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another" (Proverbs 27:17). We do not graduate alone. We do not move forward alone. This is the covenant we sign before God and one another, before a single dollar moves.

A vertically integrated origination engine converting an under-priced labor pool into a portfolio of cash-flowing micro-SaaS assets — with mandatory restitution and an alumni-governed Agape Fund I.
Origination Edge
Proprietary deal flow through court partnerships. A founder pool no other capital is competing for, screened on product instinct rather than pedigree.
Structural Alpha
Every asset ships with 20% revenue routed to courts and 10–20% to the Agape Fund I. Compliance and compounding are infrastructure, not aspiration.

Exit Optionality
Hold for cash yield, roll up into vertical bundles, or sell to operator-buyers. No forced exit timeline. Founders may buy out fund stake at pre-agreed multiples.
